Billions of tax dollars go uncollected in Michigan

One of the two polls - a survey released by Lansing-based Marketing Resource Group - showed that Rogers, who lives in Howell, has a strong base of support among mid-Michigan voters and conservative and pro-life voters statewide.

Holland Township raises payments to economic development agency

Holland Township's board of trustees on Thursday unanimously agreed to renew an agreement with Lakeshore Advantage Corporation for business development and increase the payment to $50,000 from $40,000. Township Supervisor Terry Nienhuis said Lakeshore Advantage has done "fantastic work" attracting new business to Holland Township and retaining existing businesses.
