Calhoun County Sheriff Department officer charged in sexual assaults

Officer has been placed on paid administrative leave during the investigation
A corrections officer from the Calhoun County Sheriff Department has been arrested on criminal sexual conduct charges. Sheriff Matt Saxton said Monday that the officer, whose name was not released, was arrested by the Michigan State Police and lodged at the Kalamazoo County jail to await arraignment.
