Japanese auto suppler could add 400 Michigan jobs
Lead in text:
A Japanese auto supplier might hire 400 new workers in Michigan. The Detroit Free Press reports that Denso could add manufacturing and engineering jobs at its Battle Creek and Southfield plants that make radiators and air conditioning units. The company will make the move if tax incentives are approved by the Michigan Economic Development Corporation and by local governments. A spokesman from Denso International America says Michigan’s Right-to-Work law won’t affect the company’s choice.
