Farmers Alley Theatre Goes Home To The Trailer Park For Christmas

Katherine Nofs

Farmers Alley Theatre will return to the world of one of its most successful productions for its season-ending show. The theater's 2009-10 performances of The Great American Trailer Park Musical still hold box office records, and this month, Farmers Alley presents its sequel, The Great American Trailer Park Christmas Musical

According to its director, Laurel Scheidt, the storylines and most of the characters are brand new in this show, so it's not necessary to have seen the original musical. Helping to carry the comedy are executive director Adam Weiner as "Jackie" and Whitney Weiner as "Doreen." They discuss their characters, their fellow actors, and the comedic gold provided by the trailer park setting.
