Kalamazoo Nature Center Names New CEO

The Kalamazoo Nature Center has named a new CEO. The non-profit organization announced that Nathan Smallwood will take over May 7th. 

According to a news release from the Nature Center, Smallwood has served as Executive Director of Cope Environmental Center in Indiana. He will replace Bill Rose, who retired at the end of April after more than 28 years leading the Kalamazoo Nature Center.

Gordon Evans became WMUK's Content Director in 2019 after more than 20 years as an anchor, host and reporter. A 1990 graduate of Michigan State, he began work at WMUK in 1996.
