On WestSouthwest, The Citizen's Research Council of Michigan proposes restructuring local government in Michigan. And the Waterfront Film Festival has a new permanent home in Holland. 

The Citizens Research Council of Michigan has issued a new report on ways that Michigan's local units of government could improve services and cut costs. The public policy organization's president Eric Lupher explains how services could be administered on a county-wide basis. 

The Waterfront Film Festival has a new home. Festival co-founder Hopwood DePree tells what the permanent facility in Holland will mean for the future of film and other events.
