South Haven City Council Approves Moratorium on New, Large Houses

The South Haven City Council has approved a six-month moratorium on new large homes in the city.

The Saint Joseph Benton Harbor Herald-Palladium reports that the pause is designed to give city officials time to work on new zoning regulations. The moratorium covers homes more than 35-hundred square feet with more than four bedrooms.
