This Sunday at 4 pm in Chenery Auditorium, the Kalamazoo Junior Symphony Orchestra begins an eventful season with a program called Music For The Theater. Conductor Andrew Koehler has put together a collection of instantly "gettable" pieces from operas like Candide and Fidelio to ballets such as Swan Lake. In a preview with Cara Lieurance, he also spoke about a 10-day trip the KJSO will take to South Africa in June 2018, which will include performing in concert halls and even street busking.
