'Ammonite' and 'The Climb' Are Film Society's Picks This Month

Starting Friday, Nov 13 at Celebration Cinemas in Portage, the Kalamazoo Film Society is sponsoring two new releases: "Ammonite," directed by Francis Lee, and "The Climb," directed by Michael Angelo Covino. KFS president Dhera Strauss and member Madeline Cimini introduce the films in a conversation with Cara Lieurance.

The Kalamazoo Film Society continues its series of "Virtual Lobby" discussions at 7 pm on Wednesday, Nov 18. To participate in moderated discussion about the film "Portrait of a Woman on Fire," contact the Society through its website, and receive a link to the Zoom meeting.
