In an interview marking his first 100 days as the new executive director of the Kalamazoo Symphony Orchestra, Peter Gistelinck talked to Cara Lieurance about his assessment of the orchestra's 94-year legacy, and his plans for its future.

One of Mr. Gistelinck's first accomplishments is a new agreement with Naxos, a record label and music streaming service. Over the next few years, select performances from the KSO's back catalog will become available internationally to hear through the Naxos website.

Mr. Gistelinck also discusses upcoming concerts in the KSO season.
