WMUK To Host Public Forum On Police Trust Issues

The forum will promote public dialogue about the relationship between Kalamazoo's Public Safety Department and the city's minority neighborhoods. This is a follow up to our radio series by Chris Killian.

When: Wednesday, October 22nd from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Where: The Kalamazoo Public Librarydowntown in the Van Deusen Room

Panelists: Kalamazoo Public Safety Chief Jeff Hadley, Lori Mercedes of the Hispanic American Council, Dr. Charles Warfield of the Metropolitan Kalamazoo Branch of the NAACP, and former Kalamazoo County Sheriff Tom Edmonds. 

The forum will also feature remarks by WMUK's Chris Killian. WMUK's Gordon Evans will moderate the discussion. Come join us in the Kalamazoo Public Library's Van Deusen Room.
