Fontana Summer Festival has fresh music, fresh approach

Cara Lieurance talks to David Baldwin, executive director of Fontana, who shares details and musical selections from the upcoming Fontana Summer Festival, featuring Gene Knific, Ralph and Albertine Votapek, Paul Nitsch, Axiom Brass, the Calidore String Quartet, and the Hot Club of Detroit.

He also spotlights a collaborative Fontana venture with the City of Kalamazoo and the Arts Council of Greater Kalamazoo, which will present jazz in Bronson Park on the third Thursdays of June, July and August.
