Featuring a handcrafted meal using locally grown, sustainably sourced ingredients cooked over the open fire. This unique dining experience will take place at Tillers' beautiful rural campus and farm field just south of Kalamazoo.
Guests will enjoy a multi-course seasonal menu, prepared by local chefs, in a setting that honors tradition, simplicity, and community. The evening will also include live music, tours of the historic farm, and opportunities to learn about the organization’s work preserving traditional farming, blacksmithing, and woodworking skills.
All proceeds benefit Tillers International, a nonprofit dedicated to teaching heritage skills and supporting small-scale farmers locally and around the world.
