Albion College says its vice president of finance and administration will serve as interim president.
The private college's board of trustees announced on Thursday that Michael Frandsen will take over on July first.
Current Donna Randall will step down at the end of June and serve as chancellor for one year.
The college in Calhoun County is conducting a search for its next president.
