WMU Gets Sustainability Award

WMUK

Western Michigan University has won a "Climate Leadership Award". The honor by the group Second Nature recognizes efforts by colleges and universities to promote sustainability. Second Nature was started as part of the American College and University Presidents' Climate Commitment that includes Western. It is among six schools picked for this year's award.

Each school seeking the award must submit a video about its sustainability efforts. Western's video got the highest number of votes in this year's competition.
