The Michigan Public Radio Network's Managing Editor and Capitol Bureau Chief Rick Pluta tells us about the problems that supporters face in trying to get a sales tax increase approved. The one-percent increase on the May ballot is part of a package to boost road funding.
Kellogg now says it will close "at least one" of its four cereal plants in the United States unless it can get changes in the labor contract for workers at those plants. Battle Creek Enquirer reporter Jennifer Bowman tells us Kellogg wants the changes, and how union officials are reacting.
