Gloria Steinem has spent most of her 81 years advocating for women's rights. She will speak at Western Michigan University November 6th. Steinem spoke with Earlene McMichael about her memoir, past accomplishments and new ventures.
Historian and archeologist Cheryl LaRoche spends much of her time examining and researching the Underground Railroad. She will speak at Western Michigan University October 20th. LaRoche told Gordon Evans she "looks for the kernel of truth" in legends and myths.
