On WestSouthwest, we discuss the issues before the Portage City Council and the Kalamazoo City Commission. And the CEO of the Michigan League for Public Policy tells us why drug testing welfare recipients is a "solution in search of a problem."

We sit down with Kalamazoo Vice Mayor Don Cooney and Portage Mayor Peter Strazdas. We discuss issues in their communities and some facing local governments throughout the state.
