First Annual Solstice Bizarre at Glow Hall, A Midwinter Market for the Longest Night

Glow Hall hosts its first solstice weekend holiday market, a two day gathering of local artists, craftspeople, and collectors. It takes place December 20 and 21 from 11 am to 6 pm at 246 N Kalamazoo Mall.

The Solstice Bizarre is a place to find holiday gifts while keeping your money in the community. Every vendor is local, from makers with handmade work to collectors offering vintage hifi gear, musical instruments, vinyl, cassettes, and vintage clothing.

Concessions will be available including hot coffee, tea, cider, sparkling water, popcorn, and snacks. Local DJs will be spinning records throughout the day.

The market arrives at the turning of the sun, a moment when the year shifts toward light. It is a chance to gather, support local vendors, get those last minute gifts for the people you care about, and begin a new tradition of celebrating the longest night together.
