Join us on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at the Radisson Plaza Hotel in downtown Kalamazoo for a day packed with friendly competition, local flavor, and a whole lot of tile-shuffling fun. Whether you're in it to win or just in it for the snacks, this is your chance to flex your vocabulary in a high-energy, community-powered setting.

Also keep an eye out for life-sized Scrabble tiles popping up around downtown Kalamazoo! Each one celebrates the power of words and literacy, and you’ll be part of that story just by playing.

All proceeds raised from Kalamazoo Scrabble Fest directly benefit the free adult education programs & services of the Kalamazoo Literacy Council, so every word you spell helps build a more literate, empowered community.
