In one of the final acts of his presidency… Donald Trump commuted the prison sentence of former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick. He served more than seven years of a 28 year sentence in federal prison. Reporter Eli Newman of WDET in Detroit reported on reaction in the city to the commutation for NPR's Morning Edition.
