Power outages are being reported throughout Southwest Michigan Tuesday morning after storms moved through the area Monday night.
Consumers Energy's outage map shows the most outages in Calhoun and Saint Joseph Counties. But customers in Kalamazoo, Van Buren, Barry and other counties are also without power.
Midwest Energy Cooperative reports that nearly 7,000 of its customers were without power as of 4:30 Tuesday morning.
Indiana and Michigan Power says more than 26,000 of its customers in Michigan were without power as of about 6:00a.m. The highest concentration is in Cass County.
