Senator Ted Cruz will bring his Presidential campaign to Kalamazoo Monday.
The Texas Republican is scheduled to speak ata rally at the Wings Event Center Monday morning. Cruz was among the candidates seeking the Republican Presidential nomination who spoke to a gathering last month on Mackinac Island. The “tea party” favorite finished third in a straw poll conducted by the Detroit News and the MIRS News Service. Kentucky Senator Rand Paul won the Mackinac Island straw poll, Cruz was just behind Ohio Governor John Kasich.
