A Wall Street rating agency report is raising questions about the fiscal outlook for many Michigan school districts.
TheGongwer News Service says the Moody’s Investors Service report focuses on the Holland School District. The agency has downgraded the credit ratings of 44 Michigan school districts this year, following a number of downgrades over the last several years.
