Kalamazoo County Commissioner launches campaign for state House

Kalamazoo County Commissioner Brandt Iden says he will run for the state House next year. 

Iden is in his second term on the county commission. He will run for the seat in the 61st district currently held by fellow Republican Margaret O'Brien. O'Brien has announced that she will run for state Senate next year. 

The district includes Portage and several surrounding townships.
