Democratic Congressman Gary Peters Has increased his lead over former Republican Secretary of State Terri Lynn Land in the latest poll of the race.
The survey by EPIC-MRA was done for the Detroit Free Press and Detroit television station WXYZ. It finds Peters with 42%, compared to 33% for Land. The poll of 600 voters has a margin of error of four percentage points. It matches Peters' lead in an EPIC-MRA poll done in July. His lead dropped to six points in August.
